WebCreek is now hiring a Talent Executive who has experience in recruitment management. As a recruiter, you will focus on being a true business partner who provides high-touch relationship management, is customer-focused, and is responsive to both client and candidate-facing activities. This opportunity is 100% remote and is based in Ukraine. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver the full recruitment cycle process

  • Manage candidate applications through the screening process

  • Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

  • Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System

  • Give feedback and recommendation to the hiring manager about the candidate

  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork electronically for new employees

  • Maintain contact and rapport with potential candidates by building long-term relationships with past and current employees, applicants, and other potential recruiting partners

  • Conduct active searches for candidates that match current job openings

  • Search LinkedIn and other platforms for potential candidates

  • Attend networking functions to meet potential candidates

  • Ask current candidates, current and previous employees, and other contacts for referrals

  • Review background check reports

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions for every position and create recruitment metrics


Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of well-rounded experience in handling end-to-end recruitment

  • Excellent skills in sourcing, identifying, and hiring specific types of job vacancies

  • Experience in managing ATS and other recruitment tools

  • A good understanding of the technical profiles for software engineers, developers, and other jobs related to the technology industry

  • Knowledge of drafting job advertisements and postings on career websites, LinkedIn, and other job boards

  • Knowledge of selection procedures, sourcing and headhunting, seeking out referrals, reviewing background checks, planning interviews, assessing candidate information, giving feedback to the hiring manager, etc.

  • Ability to create recruitment strategies to fill complex positions

  • Knowledge of contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements

  • Ability to search for and attract candidates through databases and social media networks

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organisation

  • A passion for recruitment, an eagerness to continue exploring tech profiles, and a willingness to learn about new cultures through frequent and direct contact with our teams across the globe

  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher)

  • Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
